Sleep apnea has turned to be a more serious problem, in which a person stops breathing while sleeping. Obstructive sleep apnea: In other terns, it is known as snoring and most common among people. It may surprise you that how loud snoring can be the reason of someone’s sleeping issue, but it is real. Snoring occurs when the soft tissues in the back of the throat take rest while snoozing and the airway get blocked. The narrowed airway then causes difficulty and generates sound that disrupts the partner’s nightly rest.

Central sleep apnea: It occurs when your central nervous system fails to signal the muscles that control breathing. The result comes in light as snoring. When an individual suffer from the condition, he finds himself less energetic to handle the work throughout the day. However, it is much less common in people.

Family history: The problem more often occur in family member and here the reason could be inherited traits. However, it is not compulsory for having a family history if someone snores at night.

Smoking: The problem can be easily seen in chain smokers. The component provided in a cigarette has great negative impact on lungs and the throat muscles as well.

Obesity: Obesity is one of the most common causes for sleep apnea. Every 7 out of 10 obese people have difficulty breathing while sleeping. Due to obesity, the muscles present in the throat get narrowed and affect normal breathing process.

Excessive physical work: It causes fatigue that brings problems to person having complete nightly rest during the night.

Though sleep apnea is a sleep disorder but it is not treated with help of cheap sleeping pills. There are several devices help men getting control over the problem and having normal sleep every night.
